There’s a difference between being fit and being well. Diet and exercise are important, but most of us realize by now that there’s so much more to living a well life.
I started this blog not because I think I have all the answers, but because I have a lot of questions. And an insatiable curiosity for exploring all that’s good. There’s no telling what could land on these pages, really. Diet, fitness, wellness, beauty, style, travel, popular culture and media, career, technology, self-empowerment, plus people involved in doing good things all over the globe. I like to share what I learn if I think it might help or interest others, and invite others to do the same.
