You may have noticed that there’s been no new posts here lately.
I’ve been off building something really cool for you. And it’s coming along nicely:
Eat Flow Sweat is moving!
Not just moving, but expanding. I’m in the throes of launching a brand new blog site The Well Chick Project, where you’ll find a broader range of health, fitness and general lifestyle content. (Because being fit is not the same thing as being well. And there’s much more to living a well life than just yoga, exercise and good eats, no?)
So what happens next?
In a matter of weeks, if all goes well, Eat Flow Sweat and all its content will migrate over under the new URL and brand. The old URL will be redirected, so that our friends who come looking for us won’t be left standing outside in the cold, knocking on the door of an empty house.
I hope you’ll join us! That goes for you too, all my guy lurkers out there. (Don’t let the “chick” in the name throw you off. Dudes need wellness, too.) Head on over now and bookmark the new site, where you’ll also find all my latest posts, including a great new recipe for a Jamaican “beef” patty that’s vegan, gluten-free AND Paleo! Now that’s something you don’t find everyday. (Trust me, I looked, which is why I had to create my own.)
Finally, a message of thanks to all of you who’ve faithfully followed this blog from the beginning. You guys are aces! I hope you’ll forgive the brief station break here at EFS while we finish creating a brand new online space just for you.
Eat Flow Sweat was a solid starting point. But it’s time to evolve. And it’s all good.
P.S. For all my hardcore 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse post fans, not to worry…we’ll pick up right where we left off in our new home! I’ve already got the Blendtec fired up, trying and testing out new smoothie recipes to share. In the meantime, I’ll continue tending to this site’s comments section of our original green smoothie posts, right up until the cutover. By the way, if you haven’t checked out the comments board lately, you should…it’s become jam-packed with additional smoothie cleanse tips and insights from other readers 🙂
